Community Team

The Community Team was created to work within the downtown area to focus on community-based policing within specific neighborhoods. The team has developed strong relationships with many of our social agencies that help provide assistance for individuals and families within our community.

The Community Team works on quality of life issues, post illegal camps for removal and cleanup, identify new people in town and help them with programs offered by the city. The team works closely with new directions and helps provide homeless residents with bus tickets to get them off the streets and back home with family.
